Shipping information
- International shipping is handled by EMS(Express Mail Sevice). To most of countries, this kind of service only need 1 week time to deliver usually.
- To make sure you will receive your uggs in time, all our orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and you will get a tracking number via email, with that number, you can track uggs at EMS Tracking Page.
- We are a professional online dealer and cooperate with EMS expressing long-term, so, currently, we run a promotion of free delivery on all the orders, please do not hesitate to find your favorite UGGS
- Please make sure you are at home when the packages arrive.
- All the packages will be mailed with the original box.
- All international shipments are shipped via EMS express mainly in retailing, while for wholesaling, please contact us now.
Return & Exchange Policy
As we provide you with the high quality products besides the first class service, we trust you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, should you, our valued customer, decide the merchandise is not satisfactory. Below is our return & exchange policy.
If you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within a week.
Return info:
- Before sending items back, you must contact us or submit a return request.
- All items sent back to us must be in original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
- What you got is what you have ordered, we promise of the right order package, in order to protect ourselves from the ill-meaning orders, if you send back a right item for a refund, all returned items will subject to a 15% restocking fee. And No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.
- Please note, if you choose to mail the right merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage, we will not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges of right order package. Besides,we strongly recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
- All the items will have to shipped back to address we emailed you. We will refund you as soon as we get your returns.
Exchange info:
- We only accept exchanges for a different size or color within 30 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our customer team members will help you.
- You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
- We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
